FIND YOUR EVERYDAY FIT
Shared meals. Different routines. One pot.
Cook for sharing
A generous inner pot for soups, stews and larger recipes, within the menu’s fill limits.
Choose your cooking style
Switch between pressure cooking and Slow Cook to suit your recipe and routine.
Build flavour in one pot
Use Sear/Sauté before pressure cooking when the recipe calls for it, using the same inner pot.

MAKE ROOM FOR MORE
A generous pot for shared meals.
The 7.5L inner pot gives you room to prepare larger recipes, from soups and stews to meals for sharing. Choose quantities suited to your recipe and cooking menu.
Whether you are cooking dinner or preparing portions for later, the removable inner pot makes serving and cleaning more straightforward.
Do not exceed the maximum fill level. Foods that foam or expand need additional space; follow the manual and recipe instructions.

STAINLESS STEEL, EVERY DAY
A removable pot. A practical design.
Cook in the stainless steel inner pot, then lift it out using the side handles once it is safe to handle. Its removable design gives you easier access for washing and regular care.
Clean stainless steel parts before first use as directed in the manual. Use a soft cloth or sponge and mild detergent for routine cleaning.
The pot and handles may become hot. Use oven mitts and allow parts to cool before cleaning.
GET TO KNOW YOUR COOKER
Thoughtful details, from lid to base.
A clear display and jog dial keep settings within reach, while the removable pot and detachable lid parts support everyday care.

PRESSURE, YOUR WAY
Choose the pressure for your recipe.
Use High or Low pressure on supported menus, including Rice/Multigrain, Pressure Cook, Soup/Stew, Steam and Bake. Follow your recipe and the menu settings in the manual.
Pressure settings vary by menu. Cooking time settings do not include all preheating and pressure-release time.

TURN. SELECT. START.
Simple controls for flexible cooking.
Select the cooking menu, then use the jog dial to adjust the settings available for that menu. The display helps you check your selections before you press Start.
Delay start, when your recipe allows.
Set a delayed start on supported menus. Cooking begins after the delay has elapsed.
Delay is unavailable for Yoghurt, Sous Vide and Sear/Sauté. Use delay only with recipes and ingredients suitable for waiting before cooking.

RELEASE STEAM WITH CARE
A dedicated pressure-release button.
After pressure cooking, use the residual pressure release button as directed in the manual. Keep your face and hands away from the steam outlet.
Check that the pressure has fully released before opening the lid. Open it away from you and never force it open.
Hot steam and liquid can cause burns. The release button supports controlled operation; follow the full pressure-release instructions for your recipe.
AFTER THE COOKING
Useful functions for the finishing touches.
Keep Warm
Selected cooking menus switch to a fixed four-hour automatic warming cycle. The separate manual Keep Warm function lets you set 30 minutes to 10 hours, with temperature settings from 60–90°C.
Automatic warming is not available on every menu. Prolonged warming can affect food quality; follow the manual’s food-specific guidance.
Auto Clean
Use the dedicated ten-minute Auto Clean cycle as part of your care routine. Fill the pot to the 2 CUP line, close and lock the lid, press Keep Warm / Auto Clean twice, then press Start.
Release all pressure before opening. Allow parts to cool, then wash the inner pot and lid with a soft cloth. Auto Clean does not replace washing.

GOOD TO KNOW
Your questions, answered.
Can I use it as a rice cooker?
Yes. The Rice/Multigrain menu supports rice and mixed-grain recipes. Follow the supplied measuring-cup and water-marking instructions, and adjust quantities to the recipe.
Choose the CMC-BSN801F if you want pressure cooking, slow cooking and a wider range of meal preparation functions alongside rice cooking. If rice is your main priority, compare the rice menus, capacity and pressure options of our dedicated rice cookers.
Find your CUCKOO rice cooker to explore a model suited to your household and rice preferences.
Does 16-in-1 mean 16 separate cooking presets?
No. The overview counts cooking and care functions, including Keep Warm and Auto Clean. Rice/Multigrain, Soup/Stew and Sear/Sauté share menu buttons. Available pressure, time and temperature settings depend on the selected menu.
Where can I find CMC-BSN801F recipes?
The CMC-BSN801F recipe book includes rice, soups, stews, risotto, yoghurt and other dishes. Use the stated quantities and menu settings with the Australian user manual; recipe cooking time may exclude preparation, heating and pressure release.
Does 7.5L mean I can fill it to the top?
No. It is the total inner pot capacity. Use the maximum fill markings and the quantities specified for the food you are preparing. Foods that foam or expand require additional space.
Can I brown ingredients before pressure cooking?
Use the Sear/Sauté menu with the lid open as directed in the manual. After browning, follow your recipe’s liquid quantities and pressure-cooking instructions. Do not use the appliance for deep-frying.
Are pressure and temperature adjustable on every menu?
No. Each menu has its own available settings. Pressure cooking uses supported High or Low pressure options, while other menus offer temperature settings. Refer to the menu table in the Australian manual.
Is the displayed cooking time the total time until the meal is ready?
Allow additional time for heating and, when relevant, pressure build-up and safe pressure release. These stages vary with ingredients, quantity and cooking menu.
Can I use Delay with every menu?
No. Yoghurt, Sous Vide and Sear/Sauté do not support Delay. The delay controls when cooking begins. Use it only with suitable recipes and ingredients.
Can I open the lid as soon as cooking finishes?
After pressure cooking, release residual pressure as directed and confirm it is fully released before opening. Keep clear of the steam outlet and never force the lid open.
How should I clean the stainless steel inner pot?
Let the pot cool, then wash it with a soft cloth or non-abrasive sponge and mild detergent. Follow the first-use cleaning instructions for stainless steel parts. Do not immerse the cooker body in water or use metal scourers or chlorine-based cleaners.
