Orders Below $499.99

A shipping fee will apply to orders totalling less than $499.99.
This fee is determined based on the weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
The shipping cost will be automatically calculated through Australia Post at checkout.

Shipping fees are waived for eligible orders exceeding $499.99.
Promotional wheel coupon codes:
- Discount codes issued through our promotional wheel cannot be combined with the free shipping offer.
- If a promotional wheel coupon code is applied at checkout, the free shipping offer may not be available and standard shipping fees may apply.
- Customers may choose whether to use the promotional wheel coupon code or proceed with the free shipping offer, depending on which option provides the better value at checkout.
Exceptions:
- Deliveries to Western Australia may still incur additional charges due to higher shipping rates.
- CR-3555 model is excluded from the free shipping policy and will always incur a shipping fee, regardless of order value.
Certain orders may require reference to Australia Post’s business rates for final pricing.

Orders are dispatched within 1–5 business days.
Delivery timeframes vary depending on your location:
- Zone 1 (VIC, ACT, NSW): 3–7 business days
- Zone 2 (QLD, SA): 7–9 business days
- Zone 3 (NT, WA): 9+ business days

Items purchased on the CUCKOO official website can only be returned if deemed faulty.
Change of mind returns are not accepted.
Opened and used products cannot be returned due to change of mind.
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify the Customer Service Centre within 30 days to arrange a return.
