Local Pick-Up Instruction.

Please follow the following pick-up instructions when retrieving your item. Your cooperation ensures a smooth and efficient process for our team and your experience. Thank you for your understanding!  

1. Pick-up Time

• Monday to Friday
• Time: 10:00-12:00/ 13:00-16:00
  *Not available between 12:00 - 13:00
• Please note: If you arrive earlier than your selected pick-up time, your order may not yet be ready for collection.

2. What to Bring

• Order Number (You will be received with the order confirmation email)
• ID to prove that you have placed the order.
• IMPORTANT: If someone else is coming for pick-up instead of you, please provide us their name, address, and phone number so we can verify them to pick up your order. We will check their ID to ensure we have the right person. Please provide their information to info@cuckooaustralia.com.au

2. Pick-up Location

• Location: [12A/63-79 Parramatta Road Silverwater NSW 2128]
• Additional Directions: Please come to the warehouse door and Ring the bell next to the Red Door. 

1. Come into Wetherill St South at Parramatta Road

2. Find the gate to 'Gateway Business Park'

3. Turn left from the gate and find 'Unit 12'

4. Ring the bell and tell us your order number
