Care Instructions
- DO NOT USE DISHWASHERS: The inner pot should not be placed in a dishwasher, as it may damage the nonstick coating.
- Avoid washing rice in the inner pot: Always rinse rice in a separate bowl to prevent scratches and coating damage.
- Use a soft sponge only: Clean the inner pot with a soft sponge and mild detergent.
- No steel wool or abrasive cleaners: Harsh scrubbers or strong chemicals can easily damage the coating.
- Dry completely before storing: Ensure the pot is fully dry after washing to maintain hygiene and extend durability.
- Clean the rubber gasket regularly: The detachable rubber gasket on the lid should be removed and washed gently to prevent residue, odors, and bacteria build-up. Make sure it is completely dry before reattaching.

Great quality
The rice cooker itself works fine, as expected however, the inner pot peels easily and the replacement has not been made available for purchase. The result is that you have a relatively pricey rice cooker that only last a couple of years
It‘s very irresponsible for them to just say ‘no schedule for restocking inner pot’ where customers, as I can see below, is also waiting for it for so long. I have been waiting since last year. The inner pot is peeling off so badly and it‘s not even that old... please consider to restock them asap.
