STEP 1 OF 3Real uses from the user manual
The manual’s soft-tofu and mushroom-stew recipes use Open Cooking to add tofu, vegetables and other ingredients during cooking.
Open as instructed and stir the noodles to help keep them from sticking together, then close the lid to continue.
The manual’s frozen-drumstick recipe includes an Open Cooking step to turn each piece during the cooking cycle.
Examples use the manual’s non-pressure Easy Cook recipes (printed pages 55–56). Follow the specified ingredients, quantities and timing; these are examples, not complete recipes.
Feature walkthrough only. Never force open the lid during pressure cooking. Hot steam can escape when opening; follow the user manual.
Explore Twin Pressure
Choose a pressure mode to explore your preferred rice texture.
For a softer, more cohesive bite.
For a more separated texture, explore non-pressure cooking with basmati, jasmine or long-grain white rice. Jasmine rice naturally retains some cling. These are rice examples, not dedicated menu names; choose a suitable programme and follow the manual’s water and capacity guidance. Variety and preparation also affect texture. The animation illustrates texture; cooking pressure does not change the rice variety or grain shape.
