I bought this rice cooker on 28/Sep/25 and received 2/Oct/25. I tried to cook 3times, but every time the result was the same. It cooks alright, but it completely dries out whole of the rice that cannot be eaten condition. As a Korean, I always used this company, but this is the first time that I experience like this. I contact to the mobile number in the website, but it goes to the answering machine that I cannot get any answer.
I want full refund because it is defective product. I am happy to buy highest level of the product if it cooks and warm better.
The cooked rice has taken the pic 4hrs later after freshly cooked.
