Very nice nothing wrong of what it look like and as well the performance of the product. Everything looks brand new and it works.
Arrived dead on arrival. The lid got warm, but the bowl remains cold when it should be cooking. A week later, emails remain unanswered and the phone number is not going through and not allowing messages
