BOIL AND KEEP WARM

Two functions. A clear difference.

Press BOIL / CANCEL to boil the water. For water that is boiled first and then kept warm, select KEEP WARM / SETTING as well.

After boiling, the water cools naturally to the selected keep-warm temperature. Allow time for heating or cooling before use.

The manual describes a chlorine evaporation function during boiling. The appliance is a water dispenser and warmer; it does not include a water-filtration system.

Turn on the unit and press BOIL / CANCEL. Water cools naturally after boiling.

OPTION 02

Heat and keep warm

Choose a keep-warm setting. Water heats to that temperature without a separate boiling cycle.

OPTION 03

Boil, then keep warm

Start boiling and select a keep-warm setting. Water cools naturally to the selected temperature and is kept warm.

REFILL WITH LESS FUSS

Open, refill and check the level.

The detachable lid gives you access for refilling and cleaning. Check the external water-level window and add drinking water within the marked 1L–5L range.

A carrying handle and detachable 1.3m power cord make it easier to reposition the appliance when it is switched off, unplugged and cool.

Do not move the appliance or open the lid while it is heating. Electric dispensing requires mains power.

CARE FOR THE INSIDE

A stainless steel interior. Simple regular care.

The stainless steel interior is accessible through the top opening for routine care. Regular cleaning and descaling help keep the water tank ready for everyday use.

Before cleaning, switch off, unplug and allow the appliance to cool. Wipe the exterior with a damp cloth and clean the interior as directed in the user manual.

Use water only in the tank. Prepare tea, coffee or other drinks in a separate cup. Do not immerse the appliance or rinse the exterior under running water.

BEFORE THE FIRST CUP

Prepare the tank before first use.

The manual instructs you to fill to the maximum mark and boil once or twice to clean the interior. Unplug and carefully discard this water; do not drink it. Follow the same preparation after an extended period without use.

REGULAR MAINTENANCE

Descale as directed.

Follow the manual’s descaling procedure and the cleaning product’s directions. Avoid abrasive tools and harsh exterior cleaners. Never clean or dry the appliance in a dishwasher.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Your hot water questions, answered.

Is the CWP-A501TW an instant hot water dispenser?

It heats water in a 5L tank and can keep it warm at a selected setting. It is not an instantaneous flow-through heater. Allow time for the water to heat, or to cool naturally after boiling, before dispensing at your preferred temperature.

Which temperatures can I select?

The six keep-warm settings are 40°C, 45°C, 55°C, 65°C, 75°C and 85°C. Boiling is a separate function, selected with BOIL / CANCEL.

Does Keep Warm boil the water first?

No. Keep Warm heats directly to the selected temperature. To boil first and keep warm afterwards, start the boiling function and select the required keep-warm setting. The water then cools naturally before maintaining that setting.

How do I dispense water?

Press UNLOCK, place a suitable cup beneath the outlet, and press and hold DISPENSE. Release the button to stop the flow. Use the lock as instructed in the manual and keep children away from hot water.

Can I make tea or coffee inside the tank?

No. The tank is for water only. Do not put tea, coffee, milk, noodles or other ingredients inside. Dispense water into a separate cup or suitable container.

Can I remove the water tank?

The manual describes a detachable lid and detachable power cord, not a detachable tank. Clean the interior according to the manual and keep the exterior, cord and plug out of water.

Can it dispense without being plugged in?

The dispensing system uses an electric motor pump and requires mains power. The handle and detachable cord are for convenient handling and storage; they do not make it a battery-powered dispenser.

How much water should I add?

Fill between 1L and 5L, as marked on the water-level window. Do not exceed the full water mark. Check the level before heating or dispensing.

Does it filter or purify water?

The manual describes chlorine evaporation during boiling, but does not list a water-filtration system. Use suitable drinking water. Regular descaling is still required as directed.

What is included?

The appliance comes with a detachable power cord and a user manual. The manual lists the cord length as 1.3m.
