Returns

The items purchased on the CUCKOO official website can only be returned if deemed faulty. We do not allow for change of mind. We do not allow opened and used products with a change of mind. Only case: If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify the Customer Service Centre within 30 days to arrange a return.

Refunds

All returns will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Price Adjustments

We do not make price adjustments or offer price matching on previous purchases. 
When discounted promo codes are offered, you MUST apply them to your cart to receive the respective discount. We do not offer post-purchase partial refunds of any amount if the desired promo code is not correctly applied to your order before order placement. We advise you to cancel and place a new order with the eligible promo code applied.

Warranty Claims

All CUCKOO products purchased through CUCKOO OCEANIA come with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty. This limited warranty excludes all parts and accessories that are included with your product.

If your product becomes damaged, does not operate properly, or if you believe it is defective, you may file a warranty claim by filling out this form within one year of the initial purchase date. If your warranty claim is approved, CUCKOO will cover all shipping and repair/replacement costs incurred.

  • Proof of purchase is required to validate all warranty claims.

  • Damages due to negligence, misuse, or improper handling by the consumer are not covered under this warranty.

  • Products provided as gifts, promotional items, or complimentary items are not covered under this warranty.

If your product becomes damaged or does not operate properly after the one-year warranty period has expired, you may still submit a service request. However, the customer will be responsible for all shipping and repair costs incurred.
