Our refurbished products are used items carefully inspected and restored to full functionality. While these items may show minor signs of gentle use, the inner pot and rubber packing are brand new.
Terms and Conditions
Warranty: Our refurbished products have a 6-month warranty covering functional issues only. Please ensure you review the item specifications thoroughly before making a purchase, as refurbished items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Shipping Rates
For orders with a total lower than $100, there will be a $10 ~ $50 shipping fee dependent on the weight of the products and the area.
For orders with a total more than $100, and/or being sent Zone 2 ~, refer to the below chart.
Shipping Time
All items will be shipped in 1~3 business days, but it takes additional days to be delivered depending on the area.
Returns
The items purchased on the CUCKOO official website are only able to be returned if deemed faulty. We do not allow for change of mind. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service Centre within 30 days to arrange a return.
Refunds
