For orders with a total lower than $100, there will be a $10 ~ $50 shipping fee dependent on the weight of the products and the area.
For orders with a total more than $100, and/or being sent Zone 2 ~, refer to the below chart.

Returns
The items purchased on the CUCKOO official website are only able to be returned if deemed faulty. We do not allow for change of mind. If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise, please notify Customer Service Centre within 30 days to arrange a return.

I am a pedantic cook at best and not one who creatively can toss together ingredients to produce stunning results. The instruction manual is clear and concise but does indicate it might take a little practice to get the perfect result. The machine itself is well built and using it is quite intuitive. I followed all the tips in the manual and in 4 hours I was the father of a new baked loaf of bread. The photos show the outcome of my 1st attempt. I now look forward to being more adventurous and trying out more than just the basic functions.
